Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the WooTrack mobile application (hereby referred to as the “Application” or “App”) created by ZeroPoint Software (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Application.

1. Scope of Application

The Application is a mobile platform designed for WooCommerce store owners to monitor and analyze sales, manage orders and products, and connect with third-party services such as Google Ads and Google Merchant Center in order to calculate advertising spend, revenue, and profit.

The Application is provided free of charge, though it includes features and integrations with third-party services which may involve costs, either directly or indirectly.

2. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, trade names, logos, service marks, patents, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, extract source code, or create derivative works of the Application.

  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property or any attempt to clone or resell the Application is strictly prohibited.

3. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Application makes use of several third-party services essential to its operation. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Firebase (Google Firebase Services): Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging (notifications), and Cloud Storage.

  • Google AdMob: For in-app advertising and monetization.

  • Google Analytics for Firebase: For crash reporting, analytics, and anonymous usage statistics.

  • Google Ads and Google Merchant Center APIs: For retrieving advertising performance, campaign spend, product metrics, and related data.

By using the Application, you acknowledge that these third-party services have their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, which you also agree to comply with. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, operation, or data handling of third-party providers.

4. Data Collection and Processing

4.1 Firebase Authentication and Accounts

When you first connect to the Application, a Firebase Authentication record is created for you. This may involve storing basic identifiers (such as your Firebase User ID), device tokens, and session data in order to maintain your account securely.

4.2 Firebase Database

The Application uses Firebase Firestore Database to store:

  • User account details (such as tokens or refresh tokens for Google Ads and Merchant Center integrations).

  • Configuration settings, preferences, and linked WooCommerce store information.

  • Webhook subscriptions for real-time order notifications.

4.3 Webhooks

When you connect your WooCommerce store, the Application may automatically create webhook subscriptions. These allow WooCommerce to send real-time updates (e.g., new order notifications) to our backend infrastructure. These events are securely forwarded to Firebase Cloud Messaging, which then delivers push notifications to your device.

4.4 Uploaded Product Images

When you upload product images via the Application:

  • Images are uploaded to the Service Provider’s Firebase Storage account.

  • The images are temporarily stored and may be processed or displayed inside the Application.

  • Images are periodically deleted from Firebase Storage to ensure privacy and reduce unnecessary storage.

4.5 Use of Analytics and Advertising Data

We collect anonymized analytics via Google Analytics for Firebase to improve the performance and stability of the Application. This includes crash logs, frequency of use, and general engagement data.

We also integrate Google AdMob for advertising purposes. Personalized ads may be displayed, subject to your consent and platform-level privacy settings (such as “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android).

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials, API keys, and tokens secure.

  • Use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Refrain from attempting to gain unauthorized access to our backend systems, Firebase database, or other users’ accounts.

  • Ensure that your device remains secure, updated, and protected against malware.

The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security, expose your data to malicious actors, and prevent the Application from working properly.

6. Internet and Network Usage

The Application requires an active internet connection to function correctly.

  • If you are using mobile data, your carrier may charge you for usage, including roaming charges.

  • The Service Provider is not responsible for any costs incurred due to network use.

  • Limited or unstable connectivity may cause partial or complete unavailability of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the Application functions properly and provides accurate data. However:

  • Data displayed in the Application may depend on third-party APIs (WooCommerce, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center). We cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

  • The Service Provider is not liable for losses, damages, or inaccuracies resulting from third-party outages, API changes, or incorrect data received from external services.

  • You acknowledge that all profit and performance metrics are estimates and may not reflect your official accounting records.

The Service Provider is not responsible for:

  • Battery depletion, device malfunctions, or inability to access the Application.

  • Losses incurred due to business decisions made solely on the basis of Application insights.

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Updates and Modifications

The Application may be updated regularly to improve features, fix bugs, or comply with changes in third-party APIs.

  • You agree to install updates when provided to ensure continued functionality.

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Application at any time, with or without notice.

9. Termination of Service

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • You attempt to interfere with or misuse the Application.

  • Required third-party services (Firebase, WooCommerce, Google APIs) cease functioning or restrict access.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately, and you must uninstall the Application from your device.

10. Changes to Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Effective date: 2025-08-24
